Example
An example storefront: Your pitch, What they'd make, Support, Scenarios you close, Coaching, Tech, and a video testimonial from an LO on the team.

How it works.

Set up once. LOs who fit find you and start the conversation.

WatchA two minute tour
  1. Build your storefront in one sitting

Your plan, the support each LO gets, the scenarios you close, your pitch and your LOs on video. It goes live when you publish, and our team reviews it within 48 hours.

  2. LOs who fit find you

Our matching puts you in front of LOs whose production, states, scenarios and goals fit what you offer. You choose the production you recruit from.

  3. Answer, meet and hire

LOs write first, with their card attached. Reply from your inbox, and they book a time on your calendar. Their name arrives with the booking.

See your storefront the way an LO does.

A walk through a live storefront: the pitch first, then the pay on their numbers, the support, the scenarios and the people.

Recruiting intelligence you'll find nowhere else.

Every month, quarter and year, your own report tells you what the LOs you want are looking for and how you compare.

What LOs want

  • What each range wants next

The goals LOs rank first, by production range.

  • The scenarios they close

Which loans the LOs looking at you close most.

  • The states they're in

Where your interest comes from, on a map.

  • How soon they'll move

Who is ready now and who is a year out.

How you compare

  • Your comp against peers

Your plan beside similar shops, at the same production.

  • Your support against peers

What you offer that others don't, and the reverse.

  • Where LOs drop off

From your card to a meeting, step by step.

  • What your pitch holds attention on

Where viewers stay and where they leave.

Your numbers, as they happen.

Why meetings booked here are warmer.

  • You choose the minimum production that can book with you.

  • LOs share their name and details when they book.

  • They've watched your pitch and know your style before they say hello.

Questions leaders ask.

Can we search for loan originators?

No. LOs join because no shop can find or cold-call them. The ones who write to you have read your storefront first.

What do we see about an LO?

Their anonymous card: production range, licensed states, experience, book mix, top scenarios, goals and timing. Their name and email arrive when they book a meeting with you.

How do you show our comp?

As tiers by volume, which is all Reg Z allows. The form cannot express pay by product or rate. LOs see what your plan pays on their own production, as a range.

We're a bank or credit union. Does this work for us?

Yes. Your plan can be a salary plus basis points, the way banks and credit unions pay, and LOs see it on their own production like any other plan. Your reports compare you with banks and credit unions.

Can a competitor read our storefront?

Storefronts open only to verified, signed-in LOs. Your pitch is watermarked for each viewer and every view is logged. Publish nothing you would not show a candidate.

Who on our team can use it?

Owners and leaders. Every leader gets their own storefront, pitch, calendar and inbox, and sets who may chat and who may book. The owner also runs the team and the shop's shared sections. Nobody reads another leader's conversations.

Do our leaders need Calendly?

Yes, for booking. Each leader connects a Calendly account. The free plan works; a paid plan confirms bookings at once.

What does it cost?

Building and publishing your storefront is free during beta. Our team sets up your license with you.

When do you open?

Shop by shop. Leaders open a few days before loan originators, so your storefront is ready when they walk in. People on the list hear first, by mail, the day their door opens.

What happens when I join the list?

One tap in your inbox confirms your address and holds your place. Before we open you get one or two mails from us, nothing else, and you can leave with one tap.
